“I am writing to thank you for all your hard work in completing the climbing wall at Nursery before the end of term. I am sure the children will get a great deal of enjoyment from it. I have been extremely impressed with the whole project from the initial meeting to completion as your approach has always been to delivery to the customer’s satisfaction. You and other members of the company have always been friendly, polite, professional, helpful and willing despite several changes of location and design. You have always informed me of when you were due at Nursery, when you had arrived and when you were leaving the site and have you have shown complete awareness of safety issues surrounding working in an environment where there are very young children. The site was always left tidy and safe. The completed wall looks fantastic, I especially like the school name being etched in to it and the colour scheme works very well in the chosen location.
Thank you again for all your hard work, I really appreciate it and would be happy to recommend you to my colleagues.”
